Adding a time slot to your cart does not reserve it.

If multiple fans select the same time slot at the same time (which does happen), the ticket will go to whoever completes checkout first.

What is a Virtual Meet & Greet?

Wentworth Con's Virtual Meet & Greets give fans from around the world the opportunity to connect one-on-one with their favorite Wentworth cast members through a private Zoom video call.

While these experiences were originally created during the COVID-19 pandemic, they quickly became a fan favorite. We understand that not everyone can travel to our live events, so we continue to offer Virtual Meet & Greets throughout the year.

Each Meet & Greet consists of a private 15-minute Zoom call between you and the featured cast member. These intimate conversations allow fans to ask questions, share stories, and create memories from anywhere in the world.

Upcoming Virtual Meet & Greet weekends and featured guests will be announced on our website and social media channels.

How much are tickets and how do I purchase them?

Ticket prices vary by guest and are determined by the cast member. Pricing will be announced on each individual event page.

Virtual Meet & Greet tickets typically range from $80 USD to $120 USD plus applicable taxes and fees.

Because availability is extremely limited, tickets often sell out quickly. When sales open:

1. Visit the event page.

2. Select your preferred time slot.

3. Complete the checkout process.

Please note that adding a ticket to your cart does not reserve it. A ticket is only secured once checkout has been successfully completed. If another fan completes their purchase before you, they will receive the slot.

Why are there only 10 tickets available per day?

Due to scheduling constraints, international time differences, and the length of each call, we typically offer 10 Meet & Greet appointments per day.

Each day represents approximately four hours of private fan interactions for the cast member.

In some cases, additional time slots may be added if the cast member's schedule permits. If additional tickets become available, we will make an announcement on our social media channels and website.

Are autographs included?

No. Autographs are not included with Virtual Meet & Greet tickets.

The experience consists solely of a private Zoom Meet & Greet with the featured cast member.

Can I record the session?

There's no need! And often, recording on your own device could cause Zoom connection slowdowns.

Wentworth Con will record your Meet & Greet directly through Zoom. A high-resolution MP4 video file of your conversation will be emailed to you within a 30 days following the event.

How many people can participate in a Meet & Greet?

Each Meet & Greet ticket is intended for one fan and one cast member.

If you would like a second person to participate in your Meet & Greet, arrangements must be made in advance.

Options include:

• Purchasing an additional participant for your selected time slot (when available)
• Purchasing two consecutive time slots

The maximum number of fans permitted in a Meet & Greet is two.

If you would like to discuss additional participants, please contact us before purchasing.

Can I purchase a ticket for someone else?

Yes.

However, arrangements must be made prior to purchase. Please contact us at: wentworthconus@gmail.com

Please note that you may only purchase one ticket for another individual.

What if I can no longer attend?

All Virtual Meet & Greet tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets typically go on sale only a few days before the event. If you are unsure of your availability, we recommend waiting until you can confidently commit before purchasing.

Wentworth Con is not responsible for missed calls or missed time slots.

Because each Meet & Greet is scheduled individually, and the cast are dedicating their time on the call, refunds cannot be issued for missed appointments.

Can I choose my time slot?

Yes.

Available time slots will be listed on the ticketing page when sales open. Simply select your preferred time, add it to your cart, and complete checkout.

All Meet & Greet times are listed in Eastern Time (U.S.). A time conversion is available on this website or via Google.

Do I need to live in the United States to participate?

Absolutely not!

Fans from anywhere in the world are welcome to participate in our Virtual Meet & Greets.

All you need is:

• A computer, tablet, or mobile device
• A stable internet connection
• The Zoom application installed on your device

Please note:

• All ticket prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• All on-sale times and Meet & Greet appointment times are listed in Eastern Time (U.S.)

We encourage international attendees to double-check the time conversion for their location before purchasing.

How will I receive my Zoom link?

A Zoom link and instructions will be emailed to you prior to the event.

Please ensure the email address used during checkout is correct and regularly monitored.
