This is an opportunity to not only see our guests interviewed live but also ASK them a question! What was their favorite scene to shoot? What are their thoughts on the Season 7 finale? Which season was their favorite?
Do you have a question for one of our guests? We all do! This is your chance!

Autographs
This is your chance to tell your favorite cast member how much they mean to you! Our autograph tables are intimate and give you an opportunity to talk to your favorite actress 1-on-1.
Please bring a photograph or object for the actor to sign at their discretion. You may also purchase Merch on site or use your separately purchased Photo Op.

Photo Ops
You’ll need something to remember this forever, right? Photo Ops are professionally taken photos of you and the guest of your choice. There will be single photo ops, duo photo ops, and a group photo op available for purchase.
One 8x10 photo will be printed on site with purchase, and can be used for autographs! A digital copy will also be available free of charge within 24hrs.

1. What is Wentworth Con?
Wentworth Con is the FIRST convention dedicated to the Australian drama WENTWORTH. We are bringing you face to face with the stars for two full days of fan friendly events! Panels, Audience Q&A, Photo-Ops, Meet & Greets, Autographs, Official Merchandise, Vendors, etc. etc. Oh, and don't forget - meeting a bunch of Wentworth fans that share the same love as you! 2. What time does it start and where is the schedule?
Our Conventions typically begin around 9am and will end with autographs around 8pm. Please plan for a full day. These times are subject to change. We will release the schedule as we get closer to the event as it is reliant on the number of tickets sold.
3. How much are tickets?

4. Can we buy tickets at the event?
It is likely that the VIP tickets will sell out in advance. However, General Admission tickets are typically available leading up to the event date.If we do sell out of all tickets, it will be announced and no tickets will be available at the door. Should we have tickets available, we will announce that they will be available at the door. Our advice - Secure your spot, DON’T WAIT!
5. Can I bring something to be signed?
YES. You must bring something to be signed, we will not be providing anything for autographs. We'll have official Merch on sale in the vendors area, or if you're buying Photo-Op tickets, we print them right on site so you could have them sign the photo!
6. Are Photo Ops separate?
Yes. Photo Op tickets must be purchased separately. You MUST have an Admission ticket AND a Photo Op ticket to participate in the Photos. Make sure you get your Admission ticket before you get your Photo Op ticket in case the event sells out!
7. How many people can be in a Photo Op?
One Photo Op ticket is good for TWO adult guests. You may have up to FOUR people in your photo. To do this, you will need TWO Photo Op tickets for ONE photo of four. Kids 10 and under do not need a Photo Op ticket.
8. Can I take a “selfie” with the cast?
No. Due to the amount of fans attending, we do not have enough time for selfies at the Autograph table. We ask that you please respect this policy, and not put the talent or our staff in an awkward position to say “No” when asked. It’s not their decision, it is the convention rules.
9. Can you scan my ticket on my phone?
Yes, but for a quicker Registration experience, especially if purchasing multiple photo ops - printing is much quicker and reliable.
10. I can’t attend the event anymore, can I have a refund?
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, as stated on the website before you checkout and purchase tickets. You can sell or give your ticket to someone else by forwarding them the PDF ticket.
11. When will I get my photo?
All 8x10 Photos will be printed shortly after your Photo-Op. You will be directed to the printing area after your photo. Please allow about 5-10 minutes for us to print the photos. FAQ for Photo Ops are listed on the Ticketing Page.
12. What if a guest cancels?
All contracts allow guests to cancel if filming or other work arises, or, of course, if illness occurs. When you purchase a ticket you are purchasing a ticket to an event not an appearance of a particular guest, so in the rare occasion that a guest cancels KClark Productions is only responsible for the exchange or refund for that specific guests’ photo op, or duo photo ops.
13. Will there be any food or drink available?
MCEC offers a mix of in-house cafes, exhibition kiosks, and premium dining at the adjacent South Wharf precinct. Options include the Goldfields Café + Bar for Padre coffee and all-day dining, quick bites at the Shed Café, and hawker-style riverside Thai at BangPop.
Inside the Venue
Goldfields Café + Bar: Located at Exhibition Centre Doors 6-21, this stylish spot features Padre Coffee, house-made pastries, and all-day dining.
Shed Café: Situated between Doors 1-10 with Yarra River views, perfect for a quick coffee, fresh salad, or sandwich.
Plenary Lounge & Courtyard Bar: Open based on event demand, offering everything from fresh toasties and jaffles to sunshine and cocktails.
EAT Stations & Catering: The venue’s event catering famously spotlights local Victorian produce (sourced within a 160km radius) and heavily incorporates inclusive, dietary-friendly dining.
Just Outside the Venue (South Wharf Precinct)
BangPop: Located on the river just steps away, serving authentic hawker-style Thai. (Tip: They offer 10% off for event attendees who show their MCEC event ID).
Plus 5: Known for stone-baked pizzas, casual tapas, cocktails, and after-event happy hours.
The Wharf Hotel: A great pub-style spot for a pint, burgers, and classic pub fare.
Akachochin: A modern Japanese restaurant with excellent share plates and sake right on the water.
14. Are children allowed? If so, are they free?
We are going to leave this to your discretion. There WILL be clips from Wentworth shown during the Panel/Q&A. Due to the limited amount of tickets, we're handling children in the same way as an airplane would. Children 3 and under are free if they can sit on your lap. Basically, if they're old enough to need their own chair... they have to purchase an admission ticket. For the Photo-Ops children 10 and under are free! If you choose to bring a young child to the event and they are crying during the panel, please be courteous of others and excuse yourself from the room.
15. Is parking available at the hotel/venue?
The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) offers multiple parking options, with the primary on-site facility being the Melbourne Exhibition Centre Car Park (managed by Wilson Parking, 16 Normanby Rd). Pre-booking online is highly recommended to secure discounts, as casual drive-up rates can be expensive (up to $66 for 4+ hours).
On-Site & Adjacent Parking
Melbourne Exhibition Centre Car Park: A 1,060-space underground facility located under the Exhibition Centre, accessible via Normanby Road (height restriction 2.2m).
Online Prepay: Rates start at $15, with early bird (enter 6 am – 9 am, exit by midnight) starting at $18. Weekend rates start at $20.
Drive-up Rates: Capped at $66 for the day, but hourly rates apply starting at $18 for the first 30 minutes.
South Wharf Retail Car Park: Located nearby, offering additional undercover and open-air casual parking.
Nearby Alternative Parking
For major events or when the primary MCEC car park is full, several nearby alternatives operate within a short walk:
Siddeley Street Car Park: Drive-up rates start at $6 for the first 30 minutes and peak at $55 for 3+ hours, with flat weekend rates of around $13.
Freeway Car Park (Munro Street): Managed by Wilson Parking; drive-up rates start at $14 per 30 minutes, peaking at $56.
Montague Street Car Park: Located nearby and often offers cheaper event-day flat rates, usually around $16.
Crown Melbourne Multi-Level: A large 3,000-space complex situated about a 7-minute walk away.

16. Is there an airport shuttle to the hotel/venue?
No. To get from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), take the SkyBus express to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can transfer to a free city tram (Routes 96, 109, or 12) or enjoy a quick 10-minute walk down Clarendon Street to the venue.
17. What are your Accessibility options?
Specific accessibility options at MCEC include:
Mobility & Parking: Accessible parking is available in the Exhibition Centre Basement Car Park (near Doors 6 and 10) with lift access. The venue features step-free access, ramps, and limited wheelchairs available for complimentary day loans.
Sensory & Quiet Spaces: MCEC offers designated quiet rooms and low-sensory spaces designed to help attendees regulate their experiences and reduce sensory overload.
Hearing & Vision: The venue is equipped with hearing loop systems (which transmit sound directly to telecoil-equipped hearing aids), braille signage, and can facilitate on-screen transcription and Auslan interpreters for events.
Facilities: The centre includes gender-neutral restrooms, parents' rooms, and a fully accessible Changing Place facility with specialized equipment for complex needs.
Assistance Animals: Guide dogs and other registered assistance animals are warmly welcomed.
18. Will there be Accommodations for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing?

19. Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at the MCEC. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
