PAST VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES
1. What is a Virtual Meet & Greet?
Wentworth Con has created a “Virtual” experience due to restrictions on Live Events as a result of COVID-19. Although we returned to Live Events in 2022, we understand that many fans are unable to travel and/or attend at this time. We plan to continue hosting virtual events and connect Fans with their favorite Wentworth stars by offering 15minute 1-on-1 Zoom Meet & Greets on select weekends. We will actively update this page with each weekend/cast member we feature.
2. How much are tickets and how do I purchase?
This weekend of Virtual Meet & Greet tickets are between $80-1000USD/each + tax. The cast members will set their ticket pricing and it will be announced on the specific page. All tickets have an “On Sale” Date and Time. When tickets go on sale, you will have to be one of the first 20 people to purchase a ticket. Click through to the ticketing page, select your time slot, and purchase as quickly as you can. Due to the limited quantity, most of our tickets will sell out quickly.
IMPORTANT! - You have to complete the checkout/purchase to secure a ticket. You cannot just leave the ticket in your cart, because if another fan added that ticket to their cart at the same time (which happens) it will go to whomever purchases first.
3. Why are there only 10 Tickets available per day?
Due to the time difference from the U.S./AUS and the duration of each call, ten tickets per day is the standard number of tickets we will offer for each day (almost 4 hours of calls). Depending on the schedule, some cast members may be available for up to 15 calls. If time allows and the cast is available to add more Meet & Greets, we will make an announcement and put additional tickets up for sale.
4. Are autographs included?
No. Autographs are not included in this experience.
5. Can I screen record the session?
No need to! We will record each Meet & Greet directly from Zoom and email you a hi-res MP4 video file a few days after.
6. How many people can be on a call?
These Meet & Greets are 1-on-1, you + the cast member appearing. Each Meet & Greet ticket is good for ONE fan in the video. If you want more than ONE fan in your video, you can either pay separately for a second person to be in your slot with you or you can purchase TWO consecutive time slots. The MAX number of fans that can be on a call with consecutive timeslots is TWO.
7. Can I purchase a ticket for my friend/family member?
Yes. However, this must be requested prior to purchasing the ticket. Please reach out to us at wentworthconus@gmail.com to coordinate this. Please note - you may only purchase one ticket for someone other than yourself.
8. I can’t attend the event anymore, can I have a refund?
All tickets will go on sale the either the Wednesday or Thursday before the weekend of Meet & Greets. If you are not sure if you can attend (purchasing 2-3 days in advance), please do not purchase a ticket. We are not responsible for missed calls, as each call has a time slot. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
9. Can I select the time slot for my call?
Yes. On the ticketing page we will have a drop down menu with the available time slots. You will select the time you’d like to purchase, add it to your cart, and check out.
9. Do I have to live in the U.S to participate?
NO! The great thing about our Virtual calls is you can live anywhere in the world and participate! However, you must have a mobile device or laptop/computer to download the Zoom application. Also, please note all of our tickets are in USD and our On Sale times/Meet & Greet times are in EASTERN (U.S) time.
