The Round Table Meet and Greet ($250NZD/TICKET) is an optional add-on experience that includes:

A 30 Minute Meet and Greet Experience (with 9 other people) with selected Cast Member.

One Autograph - item not included, must bring your own item to be signed

One "Selfie" - take the photo with your device

One photo of your Meet and Greet group - photo taken with our camera, we will email a jpeg after the event

This is an opportunity to not only see our guests interviewed live but also ASK them a question! What was their favorite scene to shoot? What are their thoughts on the Season 7 finale? Which season finale was their favorite?

Do you have a question for one of our guests? We all do! This is your chance!

Autographs

This is your chance to tell your favorite cast member how much they mean to you! Our autograph tables are intimate and give you an opportunity to talk to your favorite actress 1-on-1.

Please bring a photograph or object for the actor to sign at their discretion. You may also purchase Merch on site or use your separately purchased Photo Op.

Photo Ops

You’ll need something to remember this forever, right? Photo Ops are professionally taken photos of you and the guest of your choice. There will be single photo ops AND a group photo op available for purchase.

One 8x10 photo will be printed on site with purchase, and can be used for autographs! A digital copy will also be available free of charge within 24hrs.

1. What is Wentworth Con?

Wentworth Con is the first convention dedicated to the Australian drama Wentworth.
We bring fans face-to-face with the cast for a full weekend of fan-focused experiences: individual cast panels, audience Q&A, photo ops, meet & greets, autographs, official merchandise, and more. Most importantly — you’ll be surrounded by other fans who share the same love for the show.

2. What time does it start? Where is the schedule?

Our conventions typically run around 9:00am through approximately 8:00pm (ending after autographs).
Please plan for a full day at the event.
A detailed schedule will be released closer to the event date once guest commitments and programming are finalized. Times may shift slightly.

3. How much are tickets?

General Admission — $175 NZD

Includes:

  • Entry to four 45-minute individual cast panels

  • Opportunity to participate in audience Q&A

  • Seating behind or beside the VIP section (first-come, first-served)

  • Meet and receive one autograph from each cast member (5 total)

VIP — $250 NZD

Includes everything in General Admission PLUS:

  • Assigned seating in rows 1–5

  • Early access to autographs (called row-by-row: Fan Club → VIP → GA)

  • One autograph from each cast member (5 total)

  • Wentworth Con event poster

  • Wentworth Con bag

4. Can I buy tickets at the event?

Yes — General Admission and Photo Op tickets may be purchased onsite (if not sold out).
VIP and Round Table tickets must be purchased online in advance.

5. Can I bring something to be signed?

Yes — you must bring your own item. We do not provide items for autographs.
Official merchandise will be available onsite, and Photo Ops are printed immediately so you may have those signed as well.

6. Are Photo Ops separate?

Yes. Photo Ops require a separate ticket.
You must have both an Admission ticket AND a Photo Op ticket to participate.
We recommend purchasing Admission first, in case the event sells out.

7. How many people can be in a Photo Op?

  • One Photo Op ticket covers two adults

  • Up to four people total in one photo (requires two tickets)

  • Children 10 & under do not need a Photo Op ticket

8. Can I take selfies with the cast?

No. Due to the number of fans attending and time limitations, selfies are not allowed at autograph tables.
Please do not place the guests or staff in an uncomfortable position by asking.

9. Can you scan my ticket from my phone?

Yes — but printed tickets speed up the entry process significantly.
If possible, please print all tickets before arriving.
If forgotten, the hotel business center can assist with printing.

10. Refund policy

All tickets are non-refundable (stated on website, terms, checkout, all prior to purchase).
You may transfer your ticket to another person by forwarding them the PDF ticket.

11. When will I receive my photo?

Printed 8x10 photos will be ready approximately 5–10 minutes after your Photo Op.
High-resolution digital downloads are typically available within 48 hours after the event.

12. What if a guest cancels?

Guest contracts allow cancellation due to filming, work commitments, or illness.
Admission tickets to Wentworth Con are for the event — not a specific guest appearance.
If a guest cancels, refunds/exchanges apply only to that guest’s specific events like photo ops (or duo photo op) and round tables.

13. Food & drink

The Westin Brisbane offers multiple onsite food and beverage options throughout the day. Please visit their website for options.

14. Are children allowed?

Yes — with guidelines:

  • Children 3 & under: free if seated on a lap

  • If a child requires their own seat: admission ticket required

If a child becomes disruptive during panels, please step out briefly out of courtesy to other guests.

15. Parking & transport

  • Pullman Auckland provides valet parking services for non-members at a rate of $60 per day, while Accor Loyalty members enjoy a discounted rate of $50 per day. Valet parking is subject to availability.  Alternatively, guests may explore street parking in the hotel’s vicinity, subject to applicable charges.

  • 27km from Auckland Airport

  • ~15 min walk (1km) from the Downtown Ferry terminal

  • Located in between Waitemata and the Strand train stations
    Public transport is highly recommended.

16. Accessibility

The venue includes accessible entrances, elevators, and wheelchair seating spaces within panel rooms. Please reach out to the hotel if you have venue specific questions.

17. Deaf/Hard of Hearing accommodations

Certified Auslan interpreters can be provided for panels upon request.

18. Animals

Pets are not permitted.
Trained service animals assisting a person with a disability are welcome.

19. Does the name on the ticket have to match the person using it?

For Admission tickets and Photo Ops — No. The name does not need to match. We simply scan the QR code for entry, similar to a concert or theatre production.

For Round Table Meet & Greets — Yes. Due to the popularity and very limited number of seats available, the name on the ticket must match the attendee.

20. Can I get more than one autograph?

Our agreements with the cast include one autograph per event ticket purchased.

If you would like additional autographs, you may purchase an additional General Admission ticket, which will include another autograph from each attending cast member.
