TERMS & CONDITIONS — WETWORTH CON NEW JERSEY VIP WEEKEND RAFFLE

By purchasing an entry, entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is permitted under the laws applicable to them.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP Weekend admission tickets to Wentworth Con New Jersey, taking place October 3–4, 2026 in Newark, New Jersey.

The prize includes event admission only. Airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, parking and all other expenses associated with attending the event are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Photo Ops, Round Table Meet & Greets, special events and other separately ticketed add-ons are not included unless specifically stated.

Entry Period: Entries must be received before the raffle closes. No entries will be accepted after the stated closing time.

Drawing: One winner will be selected at random on September 6, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Time, subject to any requirements imposed by the applicable raffle license or governing authority.

Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe provided in the winner notification, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, another winner may be selected in accordance with applicable rules.

Entries: Entry purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Purchasing additional entries increases the number of chances in the drawing but does not guarantee winning.

Prize Restrictions: The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash. Any transfer of the prize must receive prior approval from the organizer and comply with applicable raffle rules.

The winner and guest must comply with all Wentworth Con event policies and venue rules.

Cast & Event Changes: Wentworth Con appearances are subject to professional commitments, illness, travel disruption and other circumstances outside the organizer's control. The appearance of any particular cast member is not guaranteed as part of the raffle prize. Cast changes do not entitle the winner to cash compensation or substitution of the prize.

If Wentworth Con New Jersey is postponed or rescheduled, the prize will transfer to the rescheduled event in accordance with the event's applicable ticket policies.

Beneficiary: Proceeds from this fundraising raffle will benefit Redeem-Her, a New Jersey nonprofit organization supporting women rebuilding their lives following incarceration, addiction and other significant life challenges.

Publicity: Unless prohibited by law, the winner may be asked for permission to have their first name and/or photograph shared in connection with announcing the raffle winner. Any such promotional use will be subject to applicable raffle requirements.

General Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraud, manipulation or other improper means. The organizer also reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the raffle if circumstances outside its reasonable control make administration of the raffle impossible or unlawful, subject to applicable law and licensing requirements.

This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
